CooLooP functions on the principle of heat absorption and evaporation. Inasmuch as water is maintained within, CooLooP continually absorbs heat where it contacts the skin, and then dissipates this heat through evaporation when that surface is rotated and exposed to fresh circulating air. The relative rate of evaporation is dependent on several factors, including ambient humidity, temperature and air circulation.
