What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product. Many items start at just 25 units. Check the product detail page for specific MOQs, or contact us for custom orders.
Can I add my company logo to any product?
Yes. Nearly every product in our catalog supports custom logo printing. Share your artwork when you request a quote, and we will send a digital proof for your approval before production begins.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG) produce the best results. We also accept high-resolution PNG and JPG files at 300 DPI or higher. If you only have a low-resolution image, our design team can often redraw it for you.
Can I get a free sample before ordering?
Blank samples are available for most products. Virtual proofs are provided free of charge for every order. Contact us to request a physical sample.
How do I request a custom quote?
Visit our Get a Quote page and provide your product preferences, quantity, and branding details. Our team responds within 24 hours with a detailed quote including pricing tiers for different quantities.
How long does production take?
Standard production time is 7 to 14 business days after proof approval. Rush production is available on select items. Contact our team for time-sensitive projects.
What printing methods are available?
We offer screen printing, laser engraving, full-color digital printing, embroidery, debossing, and UV printing. The best method depends on your product and artwork. Our team will recommend the optimal technique for your project.
How many imprint colors can I use?
Most products support 1-4 imprint colors depending on the printing method. Full-color digital printing and UV printing support unlimited colors. The product page shows imprint color options for each item.
Will my logo look exactly like the digital proof?
Yes — within standard printing tolerances. Our digital proofs are color-accurate within approximately 5 percent. If exact Pantone matching is required, please specify your PMS codes when requesting your quote.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Every product shows tiered pricing — the more units you order, the lower the per-unit price. For orders above 1,000 units or recurring programs, contact us for custom pricing.
Are setup fees included in the price?
Setup fees are listed separately on each product page when applicable. Many products have no setup fees. Rush production and additional imprint locations may incur extra fees, always disclosed upfront.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), ACH transfers, and purchase orders for established business accounts. Contact us about Net 30 terms for qualified buyers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, and select international destinations. Shipping costs and timelines vary by destination and order size.
How fast can I get my order?
Standard orders ship in 7-14 business days after proof approval, with 2-5 business days in transit within the U.S. Rush options can deliver in as few as 5 business days total. Contact us for time-sensitive needs.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. We support split shipping to multiple addresses (great for distributed teams or multi-location events). Include split addresses with your quote request and we will calculate accurate shipping for each.
What is your return policy?
Custom-printed products are non-refundable once production is completed. If there is a defect or error on our part, we will reprint or refund the affected items. Blank products may be returned within 30 days in original condition.
What if there is a defect or printing error?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. If the error is on our end (printing, product quality, or shipping damage), we will reprint or refund the affected units at no cost to you.
Do you work with distributors or resellers?
