Shipping Policy — UCHANGE Promo
UCHANGE Promo ships custom-branded merchandise across the United States and to Canada and Europe. This page documents standard shipping timelines, freight charges, multi-address handling, international delivery, and tracking.

Freight charges
Freight is calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination, and is quoted as a line item on every quote before you commit. We do not mark up carrier rates. For multi-address split shipping, each destination is calculated separately and combined into one invoice.
Multi-address split shipping
For distributed teams, remote new-hire programs, and gifting programs, we ship from one production run to many addresses. Send the address list with your quote request — we calculate per-destination freight and provide one consolidated invoice with individual tracking numbers per recipient.
Carriers
Standard carriers include UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL depending on destination, weight, and timing. We do not lock to one carrier; we choose the right carrier per shipment.
Rush production and freight
If your in-hands date is tight, rush production options shorten the production stage; rush freight options shorten the transit stage. Both have surcharges quoted up front. For a project that needs to recover from a production delay on our end, rush freight is provided at our cost under the Make-It-Right Guarantee.
International shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees per the destination country's import regulations. These are the recipient's responsibility unless otherwise quoted. We can provide commercial invoices and harmonized tariff codes for customs clearance.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed automatically when the shipment leaves our facility. For multi-address orders, each destination receives its own tracking number.
Shipping damage
Inspect deliveries within 7 days. Document any shipping damage with photos and notify sales@uchangepromo.com. We work with the carrier on damage claims and reprint affected units under the Make-It-Right Guarantee.
