Return Policy — UCHANGE Promo

Custom-decorated promotional products are made to your specifications and are not eligible for general return. This page documents what is and is not returnable, and the separate policy that covers defects or production errors on our end — the Make-It-Right Guarantee.

What is not returnable

  • Custom-imprinted products. Because every order is decorated to your specifications, the product cannot be resold to another buyer and is not eligible for general return.
  • Approved-proof orders. Once you have approved a digital proof and the order has entered production, the order is committed.
  • Items damaged by misuse after delivery.

What is returnable

  • Blank (undecorated) products ordered for evaluation may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping.
  • Defects or production errors on our end — handled under the Make-It-Right Guarantee (separate from this return policy).
  • Shipping damage documented within 7 days of delivery (with photos).

How the Make-It-Right Guarantee differs from a general return

A return policy applies when the buyer changes their mind. The Make-It-Right Guarantee applies when the order did not meet what was promised — a printing error, a defect, an off-spec product. Make-It-Right is broader, more generous, and not a return; it is a reprint or refund at our cost, expedited to recover your in-hands date.

How to invoke the Make-It-Right Guarantee

Within 7 days of delivery, email the project owner named on your quote (or sales@uchangepromo.com) with the subject "Make-It-Right" and 2–3 photos of the affected product. Full procedure: /pages/make-it-right.

Refund processing

When a refund is the right resolution (defect cannot be remade in time, blank sample returned in original condition), refunds process to the original payment method within 5 business days.
