What “wholesale” means at UCHANGE Promo

We are a wholesale supplier in two senses. First, we sell direct to U.S. businesses at bulk quantities — the vast majority of our orders are 250 units and up, with most landing between 500 and 5,000. Second, we work with promotional product distributors and marketing agencies on a reseller basis, supplying production capacity for their end-client programs.

Volume pricing, in writing

Every product page in our catalog publishes its full tiered pricing — typically a four- or five-tier ladder where the per-unit cost drops sharply as quantity climbs. You do not need to email for the tier; it is on the page. For orders above the published tier ceiling (often above 5,000 units, sometimes above 10,000), we quote custom pricing through the Get a Quote form. Pricing transparency is Promise 1 of The UCHANGE Standard.

Payment terms and billing

Standard accepted methods include all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), ACH transfers, and purchase orders for established business accounts. We can support Net 30 billing terms for qualified buyers — typically required for accounts with annual order volume above $25,000 or for organizations that need PO-based purchasing for compliance reasons. Multi-address and split shipping

A 500-unit order ship-to-one-warehouse is a different project than a 500-unit order split across 50 home addresses. We handle both. For multi-address shipping (common for remote-first companies, distributed sales teams, and gifting programs), send the address list with the quote request — we calculate freight to each destination separately and combine into one invoice.

Recurring programs and company stores

For ongoing programs — new-hire welcome kits triggered when HR onboards, customer gift triggered by a CRM event, sales-team award given quarterly — we build private branded reorder portals. The portal lets your operations team trigger an order in 30 seconds without re-quoting. We hold inventory of approved products and ship to triggered destinations. There is no setup fee for a recurring program with annual volume above $15,000.

Reseller and distributor pricing

Promotional product distributors, marketing agencies, and event production companies can access reseller pricing — typically 15–25% below the published wholesale tier — on qualifying volume. We do white-label production: items ship in your packaging, with no UCHANGE branding visible to your end client. Tax exemption

For nonprofit, government, and reseller buyers with valid tax exemption status, send your tax exemption certificate to sales@uchangepromo.com. Once on file, future orders ship sales-tax-free in eligible jurisdictions.
