The die-cast zinc alloy substrate is electroplated with three layers to achieve a 24K gold coating layer. The middle hollow window is sealed with an optical-grade PC plate. The interior is vacuum-filled with a viscosity-controllable mineral oil medium and suspended with flash powder particles. A recessed flat engraving area is pre-prepared on the back to accommodate laser customization.These medals can be matched with any theme and can be used for various purposes such as in schools, as competition souvenirs, for the military, or as gifts for friends. They are 100% custom-made.
