Compared with the latex material used by most people, we use a more environmentally friendly silicone material, which has no odor, no oxidation and discoloration, and most importantly, it does not cause skin allergies. Offering 5 resistance levels from 5-40Ibs (X-Light, Light, Medium, Heavy, X-Heavy ), X-Light and Light bands are tailored for beginners, Medium, Heavy and X-Heavy bands are great for more intermediate and advanced strength training. Use single leg bands or combine multiple bands to find your ideal resistance level.
