The Cold Packs are made from PVC and gel. Cold compress application: Put the product in the refrigerator for 2 hours before use, and then wrap the product with a towel to prevent cold. Hot compress application: Method 1: Put the product in the microwave oven to heat or cover the product with water, and set at medium power for 30 seconds until the required temperature is reached. Method 2: Place the product in hot water at about 80-90 degrees for 3-5 minutes. Avoid direct contact with skin.
