The most basic type of wearable pin is a custom die-struck lapel pin. The final layers do not use enamel colors. It's a plain and simple metal finish with an embossed look. The backings and metal selections can be mixed and matched based on your preferences. The result will be an antique-looking pin that you can wear on your collar, backpack, or anywhere else on your body. A metal base can be plated with gold, silver, copper, or dyed black, and antiqued, sandblasted, or simply polished. It is also possible to combine two platings for a unique touch to a traditional style of Lapel Pin.
